All sales are final. Due to the charitable nature of Heart4Kids Cancer merchandise and the costs associated with creating and shipping our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding and supporting our mission to help kids and families affected by cancer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
